Refund policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy - Digital Products
Our service provides court lists and related information which we collect from third-party sources and deliver to you in digital form by email. We do not create or control the underlying information, and we cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or that a listed hearing will go ahead. Our role is to obtain and deliver the information to you in a timely manner.
Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase of a digital product within 14 days of the date of purchase (the “cooling-off period”).
However, by purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that delivery of the product will begin immediately after payment, and that once delivery has started, your right to cancel is lost.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued where we fail to collect and deliver the court lists you have purchased.
No refund will be provided where:
-
The information is incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or withdrawn by the source;
-
A hearing listed does not take place; or
-
You are unable to access the email or attachment due to issues outside our control (e.g., spam filters, full mailbox, incorrect email address provided).
Non-Returnable Products
As our products are digital, there is nothing to physically return. Once delivery has commenced, the purchase is final unless the above refund eligibility criteria are met.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy, please contact us at contact <at> courtlists.co.uk within 14 days of purchase, providing your order number and details of the issue.
EU Customers
If you are located in the European Union and have not agreed to immediate delivery of your digital product, you may cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. In such cases, please contact us at contact <at> courtlists.co.uk before delivery begins.
